This should probably be disabled.

Yeesh, I always forget about that sort of randomization on vanilla units. But are you reporting in the right place?? I've already configured my WWII Soviets with "NoGlasses" in their identityTypes[] array. Can you save me having to check in-game by verifying it is this mod and not the Cold War USSR mod?

I am not using anything called the Cold War USSR mod. This mod adds a * USSR category under "The Allies" on Independent, does it not?

It does, and config-wise it seems like they should already have random facewear disabled. So I'll try to sort out why that's not working - could be as simple as me making the config edit, but then forgot to include that PBO in subsequent updates.

I went to the map with the DLC and put a Panther (and after an error I tried to put a vanilla character) > launch the mission > return to the editor > "The mission was interrupted - there is no downloadable add-on."

I'm not familiar with that error message, but I will try to reproduce it if you provide me with more information. What are the classnames of the Panther and the vanilla character? ...was it the Normandy map? ...any other mods running?
