𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑦 a bug with using The Essence of Isaac on Experimental Treatment
I think that I found a "bug"? I used Essence of Isaac on Experimental Treatment and then it gave me item called Blight. I'm still new to this mod so I searched up this item in wiki it says that Blight shouldn't spawn in this case but it did. Am I wrong or is this how it's supposed to be?

I think that could be due to how it can modify health when it changes 6 stats since it can be in either the Stat Up or the Stat Down like all the other stats
