Ok I already posted up my complaints on the Gmod forums about the download speed and the downloads/mapname.bps crap thats been going on, but one of the major things that i feel needs to be adressed is how the servers are all set up.

Ok for a week now ive maybe played this map a handful of times multiplayer, while almost 2 hours a day of scouring around for good servers still remains a problem. Basically there are 2 key things that are drivin me crazy about this:

1)servers with too many addons, ive sat at a loading screen for over 12 minutes downloading addons for a LOT of the FNAF servers, addons that dont REALLY need to be there but just are. In the time it takes my 1GB connection to download all the excess addons i could download a 6 gig game faster.

Need dedicated FNAF servers without the bulk addons like guns and character models and TONS of other bloated crap that makes loading otherwise annoying. and downloading the map and assets only leaves TONS of errors so thats out of the question.

2) the rampant string of occurances where after waiting SO long to get into a server im met with being TKed and told to leave its only so and so allowed, this in its own is stupid cause the server is public so if they want a server to themselves they should have it locked right?

I dont know how many times that either the map differed from the servers after a TON of downloading addons, me being told to leave after getting it to finally work, then having to download TONS of addons for other servers just to meet the same fate...

All in all there needs to be some bare bones solid FNAF servers with nothing more than the core files and maybe a couple of small addons to remove the gun or one server had a flashlight and thats an alright idea too as laggy as it makes the game.

And if people REALLY want to just be them and their buddy then please FFS dont do it in a PUBLIC server, its simply rude that you tell people they have to leave cause you just want it to be you and a buddy.
