Reloading - Resetting - quest / sector

Hi,
Thanks for this tool.

Is there a way to completely reset quest and the respective map ?

Each time I try (quest reset and relaod map) - all the enemies are dead on the map (L8) and I cannot restart the quest... and i'm stuck in "conflict mode" (satellite map) without anything else happening.
