Will not save perk changes

Change or add perks but does not change them in game.

You can save it as "lib Network" and load it as a ModItem.

It will be saved inside: "Steam\steamapps\common\Jagged Alliance 3\CommonLua\Libs\Network"

How do you apply this to a custom IMP merc? I can´t find him in any unit list.
