Spanish translate and fix little error
Hi! I have a more accurate and simplified Spanish translation, plus how to fix a little bug that makes the translations in the skills menu appears as "IGUI_Perks_.... "


Translation "IG_UI_ES.txt"

IGUI_ES = { IGUI_perks_LearningReading = "Lectura", IGUI_perks_Learning = "Educación", }

please remember to save it in ANSI encoding.


Fix bug in "perks.txt"

line 6 should have "Learning" instead of "miscellaneous" to display the translation in other languages.

Here is the change in case my English is not clear

VERSION = 1, perk Learning { parent = None, translation = Learning, passive = false, xp1 = 0, xp2 = 0, xp3 = 0, xp4 = 0, xp5 = 0, xp6 = 0, xp7 = 0, xp8 = 0, xp9 = 0, xp10 = 0, }
