Have a missing texture for the skybox. I made sure to mount the game through mount.cfg too.

Then you most likely mounted it incorrectly. As there are no custom textures for the skybox. "sky_st_day_01"

Make sure you mounted it through:
"(your own drive):\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg" --> mount.cfg
and the mount path is:
"bms" "(your own drive):\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\bms"

You can also try to verify Black Mesa's game files.

I dont know why but the 50.CALS are just ERROR signs

That's odd, but have you tried to verify the Black Mesa game files?
Have you tried to disable all of your addons to see if that fixes it?
Did you mount Black Mesa correctly?

i already have done the changes at the file but nothing changes in the game and alot of textures ar missin.
