Stats suggestion thread
Before commenting, remember the rules of good stat ideas:
- no more than 5 stats
- design the stats around the weapon's look and name
- try to imagine a playstyle where the weapon could be used
- no random chances
- no "uM acTuAlly tHiS shOuLd bE jUsT a rESkiN"

+ Headshots independent of zoom, but does not charge unscoped
+ 50% faster charge rate
- 50% less damage
- 100% less max charge (Caps at 75 body, 225 headshot)
- Marked for death when charged for longer than 5 seconds

Probably technically six, but a light damage quick scoping focused sniper could be fun, maybe workshop the idea a bit more

+ Headshots pierce target
+ 15% more damage
+ 20% faster charge time
- 30% slower reload
- Non charge shots have a 5% chance have a 1 degree random bullet deviation
Looking at a couple features, I've come up with this:
+ 20% ammo capacity
+ -33% attack interval
- Minicrit on headshot

it should be 25% less damage, the normal sniper rifle could still (probably) headshot for 225 fast and i dont think unscoped heashots is a big enough deal to counteract that

Shows Ammo and health of anyone you put your Crosshair on while scoped. Also shows meters (such as Uber or spy cloak) if any.
Has an 8 shot clip allowing for multiple shots before needing to unscope to reload.

50% damage vulnerability while active
50% slower fire rate (you don't need to unscope between shots due to the clip)
Can't fire unless 20% charged

I thought that the scope looked unique with the red tint on the lens so I made that part of the stats. A Sniper rifle that reveals info when scoped and has a clip would be interesting to use. It would certainly make it easier to see who you should shoot even before you are able to fire, but the slow charge + needing 20% charge to shoot makes it hard to shoot in time before the target gets to cover if you are not prepared. The 50% damage vulnerability would make it harder to survive an ambush, but its only while active so if you switch weapons in time then you won't need to deal with that.

I'd just make it a 1:1 version of TF2C's hunting revolver and call it a day.

level 10 Billiard launcher?

= Bullets replaced with billiard balls projectile.
+ Scoped headshots always mini-crit and stuns the enemy between 2–6 seconds, depending on distance
+ On Hit: slows the enemy between 1–7 seconds, depending on distance
+ Projectile can bonce and hit multiple targets but does only slows for 1-3 seconds
- Billiard balls can be reflected, shot down, and vaporized.
- Headshots do not crit.
