How do i claim the house as my own?
I want to make it the home for me and wife in the game but when i propose that we move homes, i don't get the option to move their so how would i do it?

U Can't The developer did not have Hearthfire therefore u cant move your Family Unless u use another mod maybe?

2 solutions.

1) you may need to carry the deed around with you all the time or something silly like that.
2) the house simply isnt designed for use as a home for your wife (and you may need the mod that allows your wife to live anywhere - Check Nexus)

There are a plenty of mods that gives your wife a "stay here" option or something simular.
