It would be really cool if there was an option to set the max damage or bleed rate that patients can arrive with. I'm using More Injuries alongside this mod for a hospital-themed run, and it adds a lot of interesting conditions that are triggered by severe blood loss. Patients that arrive are never truly bleeding out (at worst they have ~8hr left), so those don't show up and there's no risk of losing the patient. Especially with how much silver the hospital generates it would be sick if there was a natural downside, the risk that if you get too greedy and kill too many people by having undertrained doctors/taking too many patients, another faction could become hostile.
