There's a chance this could be connected to Arsenal + Britas (not apparent from the logs, but it's what others have said), although before drawing that conclusion I'd suggest trying to turn off your firewall and/or making sure the relevant ports are unlocked or you have uPnP enabled (some routers don't support this).
It's just what I've found when looking up bits and pieces from your log. Did you run Filibuster's Cars alongside Brita+Arsenal? That was another supposed incompatibility someone pointed out, yet plenty of people managed to run it just fine.
Only other thing worth trying (other than switching to dedicated like you suggested) would be to move to a local install and keep Steam out of it, although that's usually to fix mods not downloading properly, which doesn't seem to be the case anymore, looking at the logs. They all (down)loaded fine.
Very strange. I'm hoping some other testers can chime in. Do keep me updated though I'm very interested to know what the cause of this could be.
This is an issue I've not looked into yet, but what I can tell you is that Pillow's Random Spawns is included and there is a module for an MP version - This is disabled in the preset file I've provided (one of the singleplayer variants is active instead). I'd try to switch these out and see if the MP module actually works as intended in MP :)
Yeah that's what I was on about, I haven't made separate presets for SP and MP, they're both using the same mods/modules at the moment. Again though, very interesting that it's apparently fixing even more stuff. If you wouldn't mind, could you share the server config file that's working for you?
