Strange button in out of bounds area
was noclipping and saw a sparking red button. I pressed it and it just stopped sparking for a second. Anyone know the use of it?

I'm way to stupid to put images in here so imma describe: Starting at the abandoned neighborhood house it should be on your left side. You go up the road till you reach the blockade. On the right side will be a building with some sort of a open garage (It's like a garage but without a roof) you clip through that brown bulding that is standing on the left side of that open garage and behind that building is the button
