Ignition Gauntlets can soft lock your game.
Somehow this soft lock is really easy to replicate.

lining up 3 Training dummies 7 tiles apart, then attacking one of the far left/right with "Blood Frenzy" buff ( and maybe extra attack speed ), will push you back to then attack the last dummy which then somehow teleports you outside the world boarder.

Which then you can't access your menu to leave, so you can only either close the game or crash it by opening the map.

I just figured out as well that if they are not spaced out it will soft lock you completely.

I can't open my inventory ( so I can't even open my settings to leave ) or move with my character model frozen.

Adding on another odd reaction to this glitch.

If you get teleported outside of the map you can just use your grappling hook which teleports you back to your spawn oddly, I have no idea why this weapon is so broken and finicky.
