i would absolutely love if this was added into the game! after watching the demo video, i noticed that the song abruptly cuts whenever you enter and exit the menu... perhaps there could be a way for the song to properly fade in and out each time you enter and exit the station? i think this would make the transition sound better ^^

It would be cool if it was playing all the time so when you are just next to it you can hear the song a bit kinda like the fade but lil different

Yes TF2 team can go with 3D sound way if they want to.
This will make a audio source in the map and gives the realistic sound to it.

But as you may know some people say they didn't add the song because play testers got distracted by it and if that's true maybe this UI only music be better for it

Instead there should be a zone where the music is played (ex: music will only be heard inside of the building that contains the station

fits so well because i always feels weird when you open the upgrade station it just plan silences.

It would be great if the tf2 engine could pause the sound, unfortunately that's not how it will work. You can only make a zone in which this music plays cyclically

Hard to not get distracted lol, it's so catchy.

Also hey, I mean everyone would just go and fight the robots when wave starts.
It's not that bad if someone wants to listen to some sweet sweet music while waiting for that one guy who never presses F1 for whatever reason.

Maybe the song should play when you are NEAR the station, it feels weird to cut off the song.
