It can be used as a tool just like the regular nail gun, but the joy and pride of this gun is its combat capabilities. The tactical nail gun trades damage and range for reliability, customization and respectable damage.

You can use any nail gun to barricade doors and windows with planks. To do this, simply right click a door or window, then hover over the "Nail gun" menu, and select "Barricade (Planks)".
Nail guns are much faster and more efficient at barricading than a hammer.
