I have a weird issue with Minblank Bliss.

In my current game, I could initially only apply it to 3 cities. The oldest instance of it dropped whenever I payed the casting points for the 4th.

And now, another instance seems to have dropped at some point, and I can only have two up now, even though I have more casting points and can pay the cost faster than before.

I don't know what is causing these issues.

the wraith knights when using mind rot breath bug out for me in that they don't play an animation and the texture of their clothes stretches out into 2 infinitely long lines :)
