Suggestion for a "nerf" to leaders
I played XCOM EW when I was traveling abroad and there's a mechanic where the death of the highest ranked soldier would have a negative consequence (panic roll, I think). Might be a reasonable way to make XCOM less powerful with this mod.

It is interesting idea but unfortunately I don't see myself trying to implement it. Anybody is welcome to do so. The groundwork for that clearly exists, with all the usual will events the game already has.
