Well, I think mainly because that this fits scout, and only scout really. Like, why would any other class would have it's own signature and carry a photo of himself? Soldier doesn't care about the way he looks, pyro is pyro, the demoman just really loves explosives and alcohol, the heavy despite seeimngly being dumb he is actually very intelligent and caring, but still, he likes to shoot his gun, and he still kills people, the engineer is a very intelligent induvidual who loves to have a good time, the medic is a psychopath, the sniper is an assasin, and the spy is the stabbers of hearts, in a simbolistic way for the ladies, and literally to man.

So now it makes sense why only the scout has this taunt. If you want the most affective all class taunt though, then there is the og laughing one. And yes it is still the best one at pissing people off (including me).

How would I be? I perfectly explained why it would only fit scout, but then you choose to ignore it and act as the victim. You don't even give the whole thing a second thought and I'm pathetic? At least give your actions and thoughts a proper reason, you know there is this word called "explain", which you did none of.
