Here's some common questions with answers that can better your experience with the map.

Unbloat your game. This is a very common problem with an easy solution. Uninstall mods that you don't need.

The map has been playtested by the devs and beta playtesters alike.
If you install addons that alters any of the default textures, this is bound to happen. Uninstall those mods and try going back to vanilla mode.

As easily you installed the map, you can easily uninstall the map.

Enable Chromium x86-64 within GMOD's beta options. This enables animated textures to play by default on all maps.

Source Engine games are known to have common issues where there might be missing textures or effects (animated GIFS, rain, smoke, etc.) may not show up if your graphic settings are entirely on low.

Turning up your graphic settings to high or until you see changes in the map working would be the proper fix.
