Luxembourg was known as the gibraltar of the north as it was a neutral entity between both germany and france and was known for it's great walls and defensive capabilities. Taking luxembourg was always a big thing for whoever took it, but also it's a country to this day. Having trier, arlon and mertzig but not luxembourg just strikes me as strange
