List of effects
  • How staggering. - Staggers the player, as if near a boomer explosion
  • Say goodbye to a quarter your hp! - Takes away a quarter of your permanent health (never temporary)
  • Here they come! - Summons a random horde
  • Butterfingers! - Drops your weapon
  • Fire's comin'! - Spawns fire at your location, as if from a gas can/Molotov
  • Hope you didn't have any upgrades! - Removes explosive/incendiary ammo and laser sights, if available
  • Monochromia (and imminent death). - Sets you to black and white
  • Oh ♥♥♥♥! TANK! - Spawns a tank
  • Headshots only! - Guns only damage with headshots, as if in the Headshot! mutation (melees seem to work fine)
  • SPIT COMIN'! - Spawns a pool of spitter acid
  • Ammo piles begone! - Removes all ammo piles
  • Ew, What am I covered in? - Covers you in boomer bile
  • r/depression - Spawns a witch
  • Who doesn't love jockeys? - Sets the maximum number of jockeys to 4, and spawns a jockey
  • Silent Hill 4 Dead - Fog becomes much thicker and white
  • You could do with some less max ammo. - Sets maximum reserve ammo to 0

  • Everyone is Coach! - Sets everyone's model to Coach's one if playing with L4D2 survivors, otherwise triggers "SPIT COMIN'!"
  • The Sacrifice - Kills Bill if playing with L4D1 survivors, otherwise triggers "Ew, What am I covered in?"
  • Night Night - Sets screen to pitch black
  • Low Gravity. - Sets player gravity to a fifth of normal gameplay
  • Friction can be ignored. - Removes player friction
  • Turn around man! - Rotates you 180 degrees
  • Shoving is tiring... - Shove fatigue sets in after every shove
  • Be careful with friendly fire... - Friendly fire immediately kills survivors, regardless of difficulty
  • Weeb - Gives you a katana
  • Realism rules. - Realism rules are activated (no glows around survivors & objects, no rescue closets & witches immediately kill you)
  • Restart the map why don't you?/You dodged the restart! - 1/4 chance to trigger a game over (former message), 3/4 chance of no effect (latter message)
  • 20 less max hp, because why not? - Removes 20 maximum health
  • Physics props begone! - Removes all physics props
  • Commons have been practising their 100m sprint. - Commons are much faster
  • EARTHQUAKE! - Screen shakes a lot
  • awp long rush b mid cyka blyat (i dont play csgo) - Gives you an AWP
  • Free laser sights! - Gives you laser sights
  • Louis has come to help! - Spawns Louis if playing with L4D2 survivors, otherwise triggers "Ew, What am I covered in?"
  • No more defibs or rescue closets! - Removes all defibrillators and disables rescue closets
  • Invisible survivors and specials! - Survivors (apart from their items/weapons) and special infected are invisible
  • A plane for everyone! - Spawns a Dead Air plane crash near your location
  • guhnomes - Spawns a gnome at your location
  • Ellis has something to say. - Ellis tells a story about his buddy Kieth if playing with L4D2 survivors and he is alive, otherwise triggers "Ew, What am I covered in?"
  • Bots are trigger happy now(+ they can friendly fire) - Survivor bots constantly fire their guns and can friendly fire
  • Where'd the props go? - Static props are invisible
  • Pills here! - Gives you pills
  • Quick burst of adrenaline! - Gives you the effects of adrenaline (without temporary health)

I figure I may swell update this list:

Where'd the world go? - Stops drawing world geometry
Watch out! - Spawns a car above survivors
You incap? You die. - No incaps
You get really bad at applying first aid. - First aid kits barely heal
BEEG charger - Spawns a big charger in the 3D skybox
Infinite ammo. - What do you think it does
Top left - Shrinks the screen into the top left
Speedrun means everything's really fast right? - 3 times game speed
Special assault. - a lot of specials
Commons are JACKED. - Commons one-shot you
