Drills can't be made any more?
I went to construct a drill on my asteroid base and it says
I need a construction frame. I tried to grind apart an existing dill and it tells me that components may be lost. The construction frame is marked in red and id disappears when I grind it. I also cannot construct construction frames in my assembler.
Is this totally new "feature"? What is going on?

i thought i'm crazy when i couldn't build them from one day to another! same for the rest of the tool block and the timer block group :( i didnt see a note anywhere

maybe you find the frames in cargo/storage?
