Stupid question but: How do I manually refuel my plane?

I set the Target Fuel Level of it to 200 (Max for the plane) but colonists just wont refuel it. They will go ahead and load the aircraft with supplies that I ask them to.

I have the same problem, the colonists don't refuel the craft

I just found out why, the craft needs to be in home area to be refueled, repaired and rearmed
