Pivot loosing its weapons after uninstalling and reinstalling on new map

I built a pivot on my main map and uninstalled it to go to a nearby base and build it there.

When placing it down it only has 1 minigun as opposed to 3 miniguns and the drone deployers.
This happened multiples times.

Anybody else had this happen?
