Caravan lost
I cross the map to an enemy location with any manned aircraft, kill the enemies and the second the map is clear: "caravan lost", aircraft and crew deleted. If i dismount the crew first this doesn't happen, but the second they get into the aircraft again, "caravan lost". I cannot leave the map I attacked!!!

yeah same thing here, went and took out a few different locations for testing and if i use the attack with aircraft option the second the map is clear poof goes the map and all my guys in the aircraft.

i am thinking it has to do with the fact that when the pawns are in the aircraft they dont exist, like the game thinks there arent any pawns. The reason i am leaning this way is because they dont lose any mood or hunger while in the planes

Same thing. Solution: Load at least one pawn into cargo (wich is vanilla mechanic).
