SOLUTION: White bar at the bottom left that shows up when Music Dialogue is disabled.
To fix the white bar showing up, go to Wallpaper Engine Settings → General → Disable "Media Integration Support". You may need to toggle the Music Dialogue on and off to clear it if it's currently present. It's not perfect if you want to mix and match wallpapers, but it's good for those who just use this wallpaper like myself.

ok so as far as i'm aware of, the white bar thingy has been fixed months ago.
For the people who still are facing this issue: close and reopen wallpaper engine from the arrrow located on the bottom right portion of the windows taskbar. Then reopening it will initiate the download

I downloaded the wallpaper engine and the wallpaper when I posted this, could be a thing with having 3 1440p monitors? It would happen over the course of a few hours, not immediately.
