initial issues found: mission one, kilo 1-2 and kilo 1-3 have an incorrect spawn state (gear retracted, canopy closed, parking brake off), triggers seem to be working just fine

and a suggestion: i think each slot should have 1 life to maintain the campaign's intended difficulty/style of play

I just pushed a possible fix with K-1-2 and K-1-3 positioning. They weren't spawning in contact with the ground but that must be a remnant from the SP version of the mission because I simply replaced the spawns for MP player spawns. It must not be an issue for AI planes.

See if that fixes it. The lives point is something I might address in future once the campaign is actually playable.

looks like it's fixed, we're doing one more run to make sure all the triggers work then we'll move on to mission 2

mission one all checks out, mission 2 title "Retaliation" is spelled wrong

mission two also checks out except for the same issue on all of the spawns except K1-1, and the F-45 that should be K1-3 is K1-6

mission three: same issue with the spawns again except for K1-1, L1-1 and L1-3; the aircraft list is all out of order and the callsigns are all over the place

I'll get to those fixes in a bit but there are a couple missions it was easier to split players across 2 elements than to increase the size of Kilo because the triggers depend on the Kilo group and I didn't want players to potentially have to coordinate 6 planes to enable the trigger. In those cases I made Lima a second player group to simplify updating the triggers.

I looked ahead and fixed the issues with plane spawns not being on the ground. One thing I'm very curious about is the handling on carriers in Mission 6 and Mission 7 since I had to add an extra carrier to fit additional player spawns. There's no way for me to control what element number is given to which planes, I can only control their Group letter. I'll see if there's something I can do in the XML itself to fix it.
