Any way to fix the huge lag spikes that occur every once and a while?

My PC is more than capable of running this map/game, just wondering if there is a fix for the huge lag spikes.

I know that GMOD isn't really made to run these sorts of maps.

The spikes are the unfixable, it happens because new collision is loading everytime you cross hammer limit border

im pretty sure its just the map loading in a new part of the map, its normal your computer isnt bad
