That sounds like a conflicting addon but I'll try to recreate it and see what I can do. Do you have 'Keep Corpses' enabled?
That's normal, it's just VJ Base being a little buggy. The Eating System is still pretty early and is being worked on.
You'll have to be more specific. If it's an issue with this addon, I can try to help you. If it's an issue with VJ Base itself, I can't help you as I'm not the developer.
No unfortunately, I've never seen that error. You could try verifying the integrity of the game cache? Odd that GMod hasn't automatically updated.
Anyways, I'm also reporting a bug same with @Average, an npc (humanoid) gets killed and becomes an infected when it dies, a bonemerged breen will be visible.
Edit : then again, without it I wouldn't have seen breen with long white hair and cat ears.
Edit 2 : Also, I had this funny bug with the blood textures being hl2's X and Os, Tictactoe 3x3 grid, myabe gmod's Smile, and "light" texture becoming the zombie's "blood". I'll restart gmod if things changed.

Friendly NPC's keep attacking other friendly NPC's. Tested with black mesa security and scientists.
