I know attacking the train at the beginning and going into the river is another that affects.
I played this chapter about 5 times and I noticed attacking the units by the burning church seems to change the outcome.
There was a part on a hill before the river part that you can ask for help from the Americans that also seems to change the end.
Not sure what you mean by which way to attack the fort DarkHope?
1. Attacking the train at the start, or not.
2. Killing the enemy in the village/church or sneaking by them
3. Taking the supplies from the place behind the two Panther tanks (the one you get to by crossing the rocks, viewed from the tower near the house on a small island, near the point after the village) or not.
4. Taking the fort frontally or through the forest.
5. Calling Fitzgerald (the American captain) for help to deal with the enemy in the trenches, or take them by yourself.
6. Crossing the icy river or not.
