In custom games, human-machine combat, using default settings, and using MOD to enter the game will become very slow. Like PPT, the GPU utilization rate is only 40%. If MOD is not used, the graphics will be very smooth and the GPU utilization rate will be high. Why is this? How should we solve it?

Have you experienced performance issues in the latest version of the mod? I implemented some fairly aggressive optimizations in the last few updates.
