[Bug] Quick-Formed Caravans Not Gaining Speed Bonus

I'm not sure if it's a mod conflict or just a bug, but when a caravan forms instantly from the world map (e.g. leaving a toxic spewer site) they don't seem to get the speed bonus from being mounted.

This seems to be inconsistent. I think it may have to do with having a pawn mount the animal while on the event map, then using the right click menu "dismount" command.
