All files must be saved in Windows-1251 (Cyrillic) encoding.

@Locked15 Hey man, thanks, but the files I've downloaded are messed up. I've got things like this. I'm not russian but even I can tell that's wrong.

Sandbox_WeaponModifiers = "Ìîäèôèêàòîðû îðóæèÿ",

And just a heads up, I'm gonna need the translation for

Tooltip_modifier_experience="experience",
Tooltip_modifier_capacity = "capacity",
Tooltip_modifier_weight_reduction= "weight reduction",

that's not in the current update but will be in future ones.

I tried created translation in-game, and it works (except Realistic Version (it still shows English words), but it looks like mod bug, because translation files is correct).
After all seems like 7-Zip or Google Drive changed encoding.
I tried Yandex.Disk and it seems working.

All of them work, except the Extensive translation. Reopening it with Windows 1251 didn't work, and in fact VSCode detected it as Windows 1252.

Extensive contains only one file. This is really strange. I just opened the file in VS Code, and it was in correct encoding.
Could you try to create a file in correct encoding by yourself?
