WHY TOOLPACK DOESN'T WORK?
Hi, in this mod always the toolpack has worked, why not now? It's temporal or forever? Thanks for the atention and greetings from Spain.

It's true, there isn't any toolpack in the custom rules. Why before the change tool pack worked???

im back, and yall can see if made on kr code because of the Parties ideologies which mod has Paternal autocrat and Authoritarian democrat? and also the Division limit, i honestly didnt checked the custom rules tab, and i think yall cant use any state transfer/tool pack, and the able to use was thanks to the new dlc the modder had to rewrite some Code and maked the toolpack and state transfer work

Guys, just subscribe to the mod called "Toolpack Fixed", it is compatible with this.
