Alien Artifact Omega (+speed and -speed when taking damage) shouldn't trigger when receiving self damage from Sick or the blood bag. After all the other purple item that gives attack speed when taking damage doesn't trigger when receiving damage from Sick or the blood bag.

disgusting seems a bit strong, every run i have with it it gives me over 90% damage and rubber glove gives less attack speed than coffee for a rare?
