update the npc change shop ui is handled, alch npc updated and fixed some problems with terra guardians and other mods

maybe should've said this in bug reports but idk, the ui update mainly just fixed terraguardians compatibility tho.

A few universal tweaks that come to mind:

* Remove the Favorited Item tooltip
* Teleport NPCs to Home Button/Keybind
* Disable Gravestone spawns on player death

1. disable the damage of falling blocks' projectiles (for both player and enemies), because getting killed by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sand when you're exploring the world is annoying. i don't say about removing the suffocation debuff, though.
