Fixes some freezes in 4-way split, new Zoom toggle while in 4-way-split
New logic and setting for swapping the cameras around

Post any issues with this version here, please include the ExceptionLog file from the game folder if there's freezes. Feel free to also post feedback about the changes to camera swapping.
