Also, please provide logs when reporting bugs even if there aren't errors. :)
After deleting the frameworkwork mod, I started getting errors. Although I didn't have them before. I think I have an error in Rome itself.
Here is my journal. After re-supplying the mods, no new errors appeared.
And even on such a map without settlements, I can't start the game. The button just won't click.
RandomStartingGenes is throwing errors. Wherever that is from.
I wonder how the hell the random gene release interacts with the disappearance of settlements.
Faction leaders need to be Capable of Violence. This is a Ludeon rule.
If a mod forces a gene on them that makes them Incapable of Violence world generation will literally halt right there.

I don't actually have any pacifism/incapable of violence genes-type genes in my mod, so I'm not sure how it relates to this mod.
It is most likely just the vanilla gene being applied on them, I think.
