FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
1. How do I install?
Go to the Install page or watch the video guide.

2. Do these mods work on MP servers?
It depends on the server. Each server decides which mods are allowed. The easiest way to find out is by loading the A3R mod preset, and then viewing the server list in the Arma 3 Launcher. Servers with solid green dots next to their name allow the mods.

3. Why do I not see the nanner A3R profile?
You did not install the profile files in the correct folder. Review the installation instructions and save the files in the same documents folder that already has an existing Arma 3 folder or Arma 3 - Other Profiles folder on your PC. Sometimes this folder is under C:\Users\Documents or the folder could be in your Windows account's OneDrive\Documents folder.

4. How do I fix black error boxes in-game?
Save your editor scenario and play it from the Main Menu > Scenarios page instead of playing the scenario from the Editor. Some mods have minor script errors that do not affect gameplay and those errors appear when playing the game from the Editor. There is no way of hiding these black error boxes when playing from the Editor.

5. What are the controls?
Go to the Controls section of the Install page to find the keyboard layout image and the spreadsheet containing the precise controls

6. How do I fix something that is not working?
Go onto the nanner Discord server's #help channel and provide the following information:
1. your mod list
2. a screenshot or video of your problem
3. a description of what you expect to happen vs what is happening

7. How many gigabytes (GB) is A3R?
The core collection is about 1.25 GB in space and is made up of about 100 mods.

The blackbox will not appear if you play a mission outside of the editor. So just save your mission, then play the mission from the Main Menu via Scenarios. Or play in MP mode.

Is it enough to subscribe to all the mods in your collection list or do I have to download the files from Gdrive?

Bith. Subscribe and download the Gdrive files. Check the install page linked on the A3R collection page for full details.

Subscribe to download the mods. Gdrive files for the mod preset.

Does this mod need to be loaded server side or do the keys just need to be in the keys folder on the server?

The Core mods are all client side. They are not server side. You only need the keys.

Can I download absolutely all mods from your A3R: Core (Arma 3 Remastered) list, I mean all RDLC and addons to them? Last time I had problems with ACE and I couldn't play any mission because of the red error window.

That ACE problem you mentioned has been resolved assuming you only use ACE RDLC and not other WIP ACE mod packs.

You're getting kicked out of the game because the server does not have the same mods as you.

If your friend is hosting...it's easiest to have your friend turn off signature checking prior to starting up the game. That will prevent the game from kicking you out for not matching mods between the server and you.

so i been playing through single player and the mods make the game alot better but are there mods you know that conflict or have issues? are there any that are known to make the loading times alot longer? im on an ssd and when im playing single player some missions take over 2 minutes to load where as most my games take 2 seconds lol. also my character will trip and fall alot when sprinting and sometimes even just when walking or running slowing. Im running the basic A3R with the graphics and performance mods aswell

thanks for any help cuz im trying to play a good single player military sim and seems like arma 3 is my only legit option
