turns out i was so dumb i should bury myself somewhere
i forked the github codes, made changes, and pack that as mod without double check that it doesnt contain any image file....
should be fixed now ?

It seemed strange to me that the main mod had many more files (300mb) against yours (1.18MB)...that's why I initially subscribed to the main mod...

if you mean recommendations.... im running with these same mods in my setups too, and so far nothing breaks.
though I did put UI overhaul on the top of my list.

and if you intend to use Kasako's mods, notice most of his mod names have ! before
that acts as an 'enforced' file order, meaning it doesnt matter much where you put it, it will always be arranged as first when Stellaris sort them.

oh yeah, if you are not using Irony mod manager, go get it. Stellaris mod sorting / data entry overwriting is a mess (sometimes its FIOS, sometimes LIOS, sometimes its actual mod order, sometimes it makes a duplicate...) and Irony is a lifesaver when it comes to sorting out conflict between mods.

Tried mod and now it works ^__^

I have the UI placed on top.. then yesterday I modified it and placed it on top of the other mods.
I use Irony to order and start mods ^_^

In my opinion, the mod itself (I'm playing right now) is missing (without adding other additional mods):
+ flat building slots
+ lore slots
+ ascent slots
+ starbase slots
