You just have to reinstall it, and it can be annoying but it's still worth it.

its not working for me too and the shabling zombies mod doesnt work too

you may have another addon that interfers with this, maybe is a zombie related too. try deactivating it and try again, if it still doesn´t work try reopening gmod. as last resource deactivate all your addons except this one. should work
