changing load order doesnt solve the problem

@балтика 3, ty for reporting, you were the only one, the problem was a sh1tt1 recipe from the VFE mod... now i did fix the problem, let me know if it's ok tyvm

p.s: keep the mod order where the patch is loaded after the VFE mod!
