I think this is a much worse idea for a weapon with a RADAR ON IT

you take 20% more damage when are cloaked
and make a radar noise that the enemies can hear it

I like this idea

15% increased hp

Cons:
Decloak is louder (But not as loud as the dead ringer)
5% slower move speed

Maybe? Maybe not? Just came to say hi before I went to bed...
I'm gonna kind of frankenstein all these suggestions.

Cloak type: Radar

+ Can see all enemies shillouettes, including disguised/invisible spies.
+ Can see names and health through walls.

- Cannot cloak normally
- Makes a fairly loud noise (Between C&D and DR)

no cloak see where everyone is, small bonus lets you see heat signatures( red sillouets) through walls and floors when activated. this makes sure you dont cloak and run past disguising while invisable, so you need distractions to go into enemy base but helps you find targets
