I remember hearing that the launcher on the PAP'd M16 was the most effective way of killing him off but after some testing it seems to have either been significantly nerfed or bugged. Is anyone else aware of another way to quickly put him down? Normally I wouldn't be bothered about optimising a boss enemy but he's still very much overpowered.
