add FPS mode

add fps mode because it crashes each chunk i load in try too make this trend or something so the owners can see and make it

we cannot add fps mode for 2 of the following reasons:
1. performance settings are coming soon so you can customize the game however you want
2. the lag comes from procgen, we might have a new system in the future but that is in the future.
