"Open Message Configuration"
Instead of posting in the commments, thought I'd make a thread to follow.

I have the same problem delta187 and Kate2 said, clicking on 'open message configuration' doesnt do anything. There's no popup or whatever, I even tried to start a new game with only this mod active to check for conflicts.

I really have no idea what can cause that because I don't encounter that issue myself which makes me believe it could be a mod conflict most likely

I've seen this problem in-game, but only in multiplayer.

Unless I'm mistaken, I think it's just as simple as, that the feature to "open message configuration" is blocked in ironman.
