Amalgamation: Adversary Primary Specialization

Spec abilities
Squaddie:
  • Unstoppable Force grants 1 focus every turn, up to 7. Mobility is scaled off of available focus, dropping to -4 on an empty pool but scaling all the way up to +5 at max. (-4/-2/0/+1/+2/+3/+4/+5, you start with 1 focus)
Corporal, sergeant:
  • Mana Grapple grants an energy grapple at the cost of 2 focus, once per turn.
  • Snap Runeshot grants a standard shot after moving, at the cost of 2 focus.
Lieutenant, captain, major:
  • Point Blank reduces close-range aim penalties by 67%. Not Squadsight for once!
  • Against The Odds grants +2 aim for each enemy your squad sees, up to +20. Counters the spec's lower aim growths, and promotes flanking to unlock new targets.
  • Storm Runeshot deals base damage plus a >50% armor-ignoring electric bonus. 4 mana.
  • Over-Exertion grants a bonus action point. Two uses per mission, 1 turn cooldown.
Colonel:
  • Burial Shot fires a shot that refunds its own AP cost if it kills. 4 turn cooldown.
  • Double Time grants a bonus move action for the turn. 2 turn cooldown.
Brigadier:
  • Compensation refunds 1AP after a normal sniper shot. Insane synergy with focus skills!

Both Mana Grapple and Snap Runeshot are guaranteed, the order just changes. Burial Shot is top tier, but don't count out Double Time's crazy 2-turn action economy!
