Carrying incapacitated colonists

I raided a settlement, and incapacitated 3 enemy colonists, but i can't load them on the carrycall. Is this fixable?

It can be fixed by making them prisoners, but it's pretty iritating to build a house with beds every time i want to harvest some organs
