Im currently looking for the Snowmans missing hat, I didn't mark all the locations of the graffiti but I did end up finding them all and getting the reward. There's not a whole lot, but the most hidden one's were like covered up and kinda tucked away well. Might restart map and take photos

The hat for snowman is at the opposite end of the map, on some stairs leading to a door on the side of a building. Its like a lil fedora thing

the candy store has a work TV that can be turned on by remote and it will show a cartoon

I got all the graffiti things and its a nice little credits thing and behind the scenes photos

The krampus kave has a radio that plays a very questionable song about frosty the snowman

some of them are hidden in the ally ways and in dark areas behind garbage

I have photos... It's far more than you think, and I still don't have the reward. If the joke is that Crime is ever constant and you'll never get a reward... My sanity is wearing down enough to where that seems the most logical explanation. After all, it's Leavenworth.
