Why It's not for soldier.
Soldier has a, "special" neck to where it would cover too much of his face and glitch into other head or shoulder cosmetics.

i still think it should be for soldier, but modeled to be like the merc's muffler where it covers the mouth

We need more "genuine" items in tf2. I would enjoy a hat from say, Destiny, and Starbound but valve only goes for select titles. Just feels like every update corresponds to only things tf2 and it's community makes.

Destiny isn't coming out on PC
